Vintage. Gelatin silver print. 28,4 × 22,5 cm (11 ⅛ × 8 ⅞ in.). On the reverse, publisher's stamp: "Max Gerlach / Internationaler / Presse-Illustr.-photo-Verlag / Berlin S 42, Wassertorstr. 60 / Fernruf: F 1 Moritzplatz 0450". An attached strip of paper, thereupon the stamp: "Als Fotograf zu nennen / Walter Hege-Gerlach" and the typewritten title and image no; above this the copyright stamp [twice]: "Urheberrecht: / Archiv der Kunst und Geschichte / Berlin-Nikolassee Prinz-Friedrich-Leopold-Str. 34 / Tel. 80 71 92 / LEIHWEISE". Inscribed and numbered in pencil by an unknown hand.

Condition report: In very good condition. Matte heavy paper. Blacklight tested, no fluorescence. Upper right corner with a small loss, the other corners each with a minuscule crease mark. In the lower right corner area two hardly noticeable, small handling traces. To the left margin of the image, approx. 3 cm from the left, 9 cm from the bottom, a tiny circular retouching, approx. 0.4 cm size, hardly noticeable.

Papierstreifen montiert, darauf Fotografen- bzw. Verlags- bzw. Copyrightstempel: „Als Fotograf zu nennen / Walter Hege-Gerlach" und mit Schreibmaschinenschrift Bild-Nr. und Titel, darüber Archiv- bzw. Copyrightstempel [zweifach]: „Urheberrecht: / Archiv der Kunst und Geschichte / Berlin-Nikolassee Prinz-Friedrich-Leopold-Str. 34 / Tel. 80 71 92 / LEIHWEISE". Zustandsbericht: In sehr gutem Zustand. Mattes festes Papier. Unter UV-Licht keine Aufheller. Obere rechte Ecke mit kleiner Fehlstelle, die übrigen Ecken je mit winziger schwacher Knickspur. Im unteren rechten Eckbereich zwei kaum merkliche, kleine Griffspuren. Am linken Bildrand, ca. 3 cm von links, 9 cm von unten, kleine kreisförmige Retusche, ca. 0,4 cm, kaum merklich.
