Darryl Sittler was one of the defining stars of the Toronto Maple Leafs during the 1970s, serving as team captain from 1975 to 1982. A seven-time NHL All-Star, Sittler is best remembered for his remarkable 10-point game on February 7, 1976, when he scored five goals and added five assists against the Boston Bruins, a single-game NHL record that still stands. He finished his career with 484 goals and 1,121 points in 1,096 NHL games and was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1989.
