Emilia Castillo, the daughter of Antonio, would learn the skills of her father and uncles at a young age, eventually selling her work through retailers such as Neiman Marcus starting in the 1990s; her daughter, Cristina Romo Castillo, would in turn develop her own practice, carrying on the family's legacy to this day.
