Description: Very Large Polish Mouth-Blown Hand-Painted Glass Vase

We are pleased to offer for sale a very large and impressive Polish mouth-blown glass vase.
Of striking proportions, the vase stands 101 cm (40 inches) high and is formed with a tall flared neck above a broad, flattened bulbous body, supported on a distinctive double-knopped stem and wide spreading foot.

The clear glass is extensively hand painted with large roses and other flowers in soft shades of pink, peach and burgundy, interspersed with green foliage and delicate scrolling gilt decoration.
The decoration continues around the body and upwards along the elongated neck.
