Condition Report:
The worked is framed and was not examined out of its frame. There is fine craquelure throughout the work, and inspection under UV light reveals some infilling to various marks to the left hand side and lower left quadrant, with a section of retouching visible to the lower left corner (3x2cm). The heavy varnish has discoloured with age and would benefit from cleaning, but there remains some impasto to the boulder and tree trunks in the work.
