Levi Lincoln Sr. (1749–1820) was an American lawyer and statesman who represented Massachusetts in the U.S. House of Representatives before President Thomas Jefferson appointed him Attorney General of the United States in 1801. He served as Attorney General until 1805 and briefly served as Acting Secretary of State in 1801. Lincoln later became Lieutenant Governor of Massachusetts and assumed the duties of Governor following the death of Governor James Sullivan in 1808.
