Interesting manuscript account from the Gaymer Cider Company family. Accounts differ on when the Gaymer Cider Company was originally founded, but it was at its height under William Gaymer Jr. (1842-1936), who wrote part of the present manuscript. Under his control, the company employed 400 people, and the company continued to produce popular products such as 'Ye Olde English Cyder' as late as 2007.
