An original colour slide from the estate of renowned Ferrari historian Jess G. Pourret, accompanied by a modern photographic print produced from the original transparency. The image depicts Ferrari 250 GTO chassis 3607GT competing in the 1966 Routes du Nord Rally, driven by Jean-Michel Giorgi. The original slide is annotated in Pourret's hand identifying the event, chassis and driver. The transparency formed part of the photographic archive assembled by Pourret and was retained for use in the preparation of his landmark book, 250 GTO. An original working photograph from one of the foremost authorities on Ferrari history, capturing the legendary 250 GTO in period competition during one of France's lesser known rallies.
