An evocative group relating to Ferrari draftsman Giorgio Malagoli, comprising period photographs of Malagoli at work and within the Ferrari factory environment, together with a particularly personal piece of Ferrari ephemera.

Included is an original Ferrari envelope bearing the surname “Malagoli” handwritten in purple ink by Enzo Ferrari, accompanied by a photograph showing Enzo Ferrari personally handing that same envelope to Malagoli.

The group offers a rare glimpse into the people behind Ferrari’s engineering and design work, while the survival of both the inscribed envelope and the photograph documenting its presentation gives the lot an unusually direct and intimate association with Enzo Ferrari himself.
