A superb original colour slide from the estate of renowned Ferrari historian Jess G. Pourret, accompanied by a modern photographic print produced from the original transparency. The image depicts Ferrari 250 GTO chassis 5573 GT & 5571 GT before the start of Le Mans 1964. The original slide is annotated in Pourret's hand identifying the event and chassis.

The transparency formed part of the photographic archive assembled by Pourret and was retained for use in the preparation of his Ferrari publications - it features on page 149 of his seminal work Ferrari 250 GTO.
