A rare Industria Vernici Italiane (IVI) fold-out automotive paint colour sample chart, issued in November 1955, produced for use by Italian coachbuilders, repair workshops and authorised distributors during the golden age of Italian sports car production. Published by the Milan-based paint manufacturer Industria Vernici Italiane S.p.A., the chart contains dozens of original lacquer colour samples, each identified by its factory paint code and Italian colour name, including iconic period colours used by Ferrari such as Rosso Corsa, Nocciola, and Giallo Sole. The reverse lists IVI's nationwide distributor network across Italy.
