An exceptionally complete original factory tool kit supplied for the Ferrari 288 GTO, one of the most significant road cars ever produced by Maranello.

Manufactured during the mid-1980s for Ferrari's legendary homologation special, the kit comprises the original black vinyl main tool roll complete with Ferrari-marked tools, Stafor wheel nut wrench, jack and operating handle, towing eye, spark plug socket and ratchet, warning triangle with original case, spare auxiliary drive belts, spare bulbs, emergency lamp, lead mallet (unused). The open-ended spanners retain their original Ferrari markings, while the distinctive Stafor wheel nut wrench and period emergency equipment are all correct components supplied with the 288 GTO.

Surviving tool kits are frequently incomplete, individual pieces having been lost during decades of servicing and ownership, making comprehensive original examples increasingly difficult to find. Very good clean condition throughout.
