S#: 31514134 | 3.5" Barrel | Manufactured in Iraq by the Al-Qadissiya Establishment. Scarce Iraqi military Tariq pistol chambered in 7.65mm (.32 ACP), produced under license as a copy of the Italian Beretta Model 70. The less common .32 ACP variant is considerably harder to find than the standard 9mm Tariq. Features the distinctive silver grip medallion depicting Tariq ibn Ziyad, the 8th-century military commander who led the conquest of Spain in 711 AD. These pistols served with Iraqi military and security forces and were never regularly commercially imported into the United States so they are rarely encountered in the U.S. collector market. This one has what might be a unit rack number or police number of #24 in handpainted yellow laquer written on the inside of the grip.Includes (1) magazine. |||| CONDITION: Excellent.
