McKeever-style cartridge pouch, attributed to Rock Island Arsenal production. Features a prominent embossed "U.S." insignia within an oval on the front flap, brass closure stud, reinforced leather construction, and dual rear belt loops. The interior contains two rows of tan canvas cartridge loops, enough for 20-rounds. Includes the detached leather closure tab, which exhibits faint markings. Overall very good condition with detached tab. The leather displays age-related surface wear, creasing, finish loss, and areas of cracking, particularly on the reverse.
