Original Spanish-American War era U.S. Mills Model 1894 dark blue woven canvas cartridge belt, designed to hold 100 rounds of .30 Army (.30-40 Krag-Jorgensen) ammunition. This belt does not include a buckle and is in excellent condition. Features a double row of 50 cartridge loops, adjustable woven construction, and brass hardware marked “PAT. MILLS & ORNDORFF” with multiple 19th-century patent dates. Manufactured using the patented Mills woven cartridge belt system, widely associated with U.S. military equipment of the Spanish-American War period. This example retains its dark blue woven fabric and brass fittings.
