1960s Mid Century Modern Peter Hamburger Crylicord Desk Lamp for George Kovacs of Knoll International

$1800

A true statement in modernist restraint-this sculptural desk lamp pairs a thick, crystal-clear lucite frame with a floating chrome hood that appears to hover in space. The design reads instantly "designer": clean geometry, high reflectivity, and that unmistakable 1970s futurist confidence. It's the kind of piece interior designers source to finish a room-functional task lighting that also works as a collectible object.

This example is authentically labeled KOVACS, and presents beautifully with its substantial lucite body and crisp chrome top. Perfect for a desk, credenza, piano, bedside, or library-anywhere you want a refined glow and an unmistakable conversation piece.
