Auction Disclaimer All property is sold ?as is, where is? with no guarantees or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied. Monarch Auction Gallery makes every effort to provide accurate descriptions; however, all statements regarding authorship, origin, age, provenance, condition, and authenticity are offered as opinions only and should not be relied upon as statements of fact. All works of art are sold as after or attributed if they have documentation listed with the piece. This applies to all items regardless of accompanying documentation. The presence or absence of certificates of authenticity (COAs), appraisals, gallery receipts, or any other paperwork does not constitute a guarantee of authenticity. Monarch Auction Gallery does not warrant, guarantee, or stand behind the validity of any certificate of authenticity or third-party documentation. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to conduct their own due diligence and satisfy themselves as to the condition, authenticity, and value of any item prior to bidding. Preview opportunities are provided for inspection. Failure to inspect does not negate this responsibility. Condition reports are provided as a courtesy when available but are not exhaustive. The absence of a condition report does not imply that an item is free from damage, restoration, or wear. All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances. By placing a bid, the bidder enters into a legally binding contract and agrees to pay in full for all purchases. Failure to remit payment may result in account suspension, resale of items, and/or legal action. All purchased items must be removed during the designated pickup period. Items not collected within the stated timeframe may incur storage fees or be deemed abandoned and forfeited without refund. For out-of-state and international buyers, Monarch Auction Gallery offers in-house shipping on most items at competitive rates. All shipping, handling, and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Monarch Auction Gallery reserves the right to refuse service, reject or cancel bids, reopen bidding in the event of a dispute, or withdraw any item at any time at its sole discretion. Participation in this auction constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
