Monarch Auction Gallery makes every effort to provide accurate descriptions; however, all statements regarding authorship, origin, age, provenance, condition, and authenticity are offered as opinions only and should not be relied upon as statements of fact. All works of art are sold as after or attributed if they have documentation listed with the piece. This applies to all items regardless of accompanying documentation. The presence or absence of certificates of authenticity (COAs), appraisals, gallery receipts, or any other paperwork does not constitute a guarantee of authenticity.
