1330. Type 2 “Dolphin” Phaser from Star Trek: Nemesis. (Paramount, 2002) The Type 2 “Dolphin” Phaser made its first official appearance in Star Trek: Nemesis, the tenth entry in the Star Trek motion picture franchise. This phaser’s style is similar in shape to the previous “Boomerang Phaser” incarnation, but has many differences including a curvier shape with a sharper muzzle and oval buttons rather than square ones of the past. This production-made prop is constructed of solid cast resin with ridged grip details. The prop weapon is expertly painted in silver, black and gunmetal grays. Mirror and holographic tape details are affixed to buttons and some ports. Exhibiting some minor age and wear to black painted portions of the prop. In very good condition.
