MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM

The LiveAuctioneers Membership Program is an invite-only offering designed to show our appreciation for treasure hunters who choose our platform. As a member, you can earn special benefits and rewards to enhance your shopping experience on LiveAuctioneers.

The program consists of two tiers:

• Enthusiast Rewards Membership: Free membership that provides purchase protection and a $100 reward for every 15,000 points accrued

• VIP Rewards Membership: $99 annual membership that provides purchase protection, a $100 reward for every 10,000 points accrued, a 10% shipping rebate and VIP customer support.

The LiveAuctioneers Membership Program is open to customers who have received an exclusive email invitation to join.

Enthusiast Rewards Members can enroll in the program for free, and VIP Rewards Members should submit an annual $99 membership fee to unlock exclusive benefits.

VIP Rewards Memberships are valid for one year. Members should submit an annual membership fee of $99 in advance to maintain VIP status.

You can earn points on eligible purchases with payments processed through LiveAuctioneers.

The reward value is based on total hammer value of purchases made on our platform, which exclude buyer’s premium, membership fee, postage, shipping charges, returns, credit, refunds, exchanges, sales tax.

All members earn 1 point for every dollar spent on LiveAuctioneers.

However, Enthusiast Rewards Members can redeem a $100 reward for every 15,000 points accrued, while VIP Rewards Members can redeem a reward of $100 for every 10,000 points accrued.

You can earn Rewards points with eligible purchases completed on LiveAuctioneers after your program sign up date, excluding any items returned for refund or credit.

Purchases not completed on LiveAuctioneers, where payment is made directly to the auction house, are not eligible for Members benefits.

You will receive your Rewards notice for each calendar year via mail or email during the following March.

You will need to provide us your bank account details to receive a Reward. We will ask you to provide these details via a secure method should you qualify for a Reward.

You cannot combine your benefits with the benefits accrued by any other Rewards program participant.

In the rare event an item you purchase via LiveAuctioneers is not as described, does not arrive or arrives damaged, we will help you find a solution, including receiving a refund of up to $10,000 of total hammer value. To qualify for LiveAuctioneers Purchase Protection, Members must:

• Complete the entire purchase through LiveAuctioneers checkout. Purchases made by paying the auction house directly (partially or in full), are not eligible.
• Ship using LiveAuctioneers in order to qualify for protection in the event an item is not received or is damaged during transit.
• Report issues within the following timeframes:
  • Items not as described must be reported within 7 business days of delivery.
  • Items not received must be reported within 2 business days of expected delivery date.
  • Items damaged during transit must be reported within 2 business days of delivery.
• Provide requested photographic evidence of the issue (including the item(s) and original packaging).
• Keep all packaging in the event of an insurance claim.

LiveAuctioneers will determine whether your item is significantly misrepresented. A difference of description must meaningfully alter the value or nature of the item. All dimensions are approximate.
