Won lot not available anymore
Although the lot was won and payment done, I was told that the item is not available anymore. Hope my credit card will not be charged.

I have dealt with them for a while and will continue to do so.
I am happy with Connoisseur Auction. They have great products. The only problem I have had is when I pay through pay pal or even individually with card, it doesn’t always show up on their end. Sometimes it goes through a process of verification. It would never keep me from buying from them. It’s just a glitch now and then.

Inaccurate description
I did not receive the item described. When I contacted Connoisseur Auctions I was told that the item was not theirs, they would contact the seller. Connoisseur Auctions did not follow up, did not contact me again.

I'm still waiting for my final item (the Joan Rivers Egg Clock). Otherwise, Connoisseur Auctions is a top rate auction house and a joy to do business with. Highly recommended!!!

Total Disaster. Reneged on sale and then tried to cover it up by mandating shipping of over $1000! 2 weeks and 30 emails before any response, blaming it on their consignor, claiming that consignor had sold it to someone else (how does that even happen??) NO ACCOUNTABILITY AND SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM LIVEAUCTIONEERS.

I won two items in your January 12, 2019 auction. I left some feedback for you onliveauctioneers.com. Please see the verbiage below. Stay away from Connoisseur Auctions!! I have purchased a lot of items on Live Auctioneers and this is the only time I feel like I have been ripped off. When I received my invoice from them, they had inflated my bid price which in turn inflated the buyers premium. I realized this after I had paid my invoice. I contacted them twice by email with no response. I contacted them by phone and was told that "all of the agents were busy and that someone would call me back." I never heard from them. Although the overcharge was less than $8.00, it was the principle of it. Connoisseur Auctions is located at 199 Rose Hill Way in Bluffton, SC. When I received my items, two wood model sailboats, they were cheap Chinese souvenir boats that Connoisseur Auctions had dropped shipped from a nautical decor store in Alhambra, CA. I looked the store up on the internet and had I bought them directly from the nautical store in California I would have spent $30 less. They charged me $20 a piece for shipping and both boats, which probably weighed about 1 pound, and were shipped in the same box. "Caveat Emptor" (buyer beware) when dealing with Connoisseur Auctions. Runaway as fast as you can from Connoisseur Auctions!

My emails were not responded to promptly. My reports of difficulties in paying online seemed to be ignored. I had to resort to a phone call to pay for my purchases.

I Purchased two Faberge eggs from Connessoire which I paid for. I don’t received an email saying that one of the items “were no longer available” and they would credit my credit card. It’s been approximately three weeks and I never received a credit or the eff that I purchased. I don’t want some other items from connosouir and again I got an email saying one of the items were no longer available. This seems to be a common theme. I keep getting invoices but I don’t feel comfortable paying until I receive my credit and the egg which was purchased approximately three weeks ago. Thank you

We wasted several calls and emails trying to get in touch with this auction-At the main phone # you only get a receptionist that is not at all helpful. Since the item was 20 miles away from us we wanted to pick it up ourselves. This finally happened but not without a multitude of problems.

I purchased their description 7 carat cushion cut Bianca diamond received the stone-it is NOT equivelant in size to a 7 carat diamond. I contacted them and they said return for store credit-I don't want store credit-they misrepresented and I feel that I should have my money refunded. I purchase quite a bit from live auctioneers in the "past" not sure that I will continue unless I am refunded

I purchased a replica of a Russian Egg. When it arrived I was shocked by the product I received. This piece of junk looked like something you would buy at one of those dollar stores. I immediately called the manufacturer and they agreed to accept a return. I have made 2 attempts to contact Connoisseur about refunding the charge to my Amex and have gotten no response. They received the merchandise over a week ago and have yet to refund the charge to my Amex. I have purchased many items through Live Auctioneers and have been satisfied with everything. I would think your company would do some type of quality control on the products being sold on your website. If you had actually seen this garbage these people are selling, I am sure you would not allow that type of scam to occur on your site. I use the word "scam" because that is exactly what they are doing by selling that type of cheap junk on your auctions.

I have noticed when during a live auction or the auction is underway that everytime a lot is finished the pictures in the scroll bar jumps back to the beginning. This is especially annoying when you are scrolling down to see the future lots and they always jump back! You need to include a ruler or give perspective of the objects. Even a yard next to furniture would help. Thanks for making the auctions interesting and eas6 to participate in.

I won and paid for my items from their 6/9/18 auction almost immediately; I've emailed a couple of times, and the best information that I could get was that they were trying to locate them in the warehouse. I was referred to their admonition that it could take up to 30 days to ship them to me. Now it's July 5th and I haven't heard anything... no tracking number. Accordingly, I do not think it is likely that I am going to get them by July 11. The items are two knives... 0077A and 0101A. Shipping has been paid.

I felt the items should have been clearly labeled as reproductions. I agree that one item was labeled as'decorative 'but the second was labeled as circa 1930. Both are available for less than half the price with free shipping. Lesson learned to avoid these' auction 'sites.

Our items arrived poorly packed and dented (two metal signs). The auction house was very responsive and nice about refunding our purchase price. Regardless I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. A company is only as good as their customer service and I would rate this auction house A +.
