MORE PHOTOS DESCRIBING THE LOT WOULD BE MORE HELPFUL. (THE FRONT AND THE BACK OF THE ADVERTISED LOT) I was let to believe that the lot I won has a clasp to support 3 strands (with 3 holes at each end) of pearls. It was in fact, a long strand with a clasp (1 hole at each end) and the pearls were twirled 3 times around the manequin's neck to make it look like 3 separate strands of pearls. Very deceptible!!!

They had the wrong home address which I called and corrected. Then, I found out that they didn't change it again and almost mailed it to my old address. Then, when I got the watch it didn't work. I called and no one has returned my call in two days. Also, they included the wrong receipt in the box. It was for some in New Jersey and I live in CA.

They were fine. We bid, we won, they billed us, we paid, they sent the product. There was a miner bit of confusion regarding billing which they straightened out immediately, a miner glitch. j

They took 3-4 weeks to ship a knife out to me. I think that's a little slow. Otherwise, they were ok.

Have never gotten the item, three emails and no response. My card was charged on 4/14 including shipping You are not holding your vendors to a high enough standard I will dispute this charge and carefully consider any further on line auctions

Takes way to long to register for an auction, when you log on and see an auction you want to participate in it is over by the time you get approved. Also, I have had to track most items after purchase. Taken weeks in some cases as one I am dealing with now

I still have not received my items

Both items I bought looked better then the pictures. The only thing that I didn't care for is that it took the auction house almost a week to process my payment. Even after calling and emailing them. They did respond to emails quickly and answered the phone every time and were friendly. But it took them an additional week after processing the payment just to mail my items I had purchased.
