Mr. Winburn, Our in-house Shipping Department works in partnership with Packaging Express to fulfill shipments of most of the items we sell. Each item shipped in-house is carefully packed with the appropriate materials, following carrier guidelines, to provide safety in transit. Carriers include UPS and FedEx. As we noted in our direct response last week to your message on the third-party bidding platform, in-house shipping service is best used for items able to route through standard UPS/FedEx shipping. With large items such as the bench you purchased (19.5 x 42 x 15 in.), freight service is necessary due to size. It can be more economical to utilize a blanket wrapped delivery carrier, and as our terms state, bidders are able to coordinate their own shipping or pick up through another vendor or third-party of their choice. Shipment or pick up is the responsibility of the buyer. Our gallery is located just off the interstate near Chapel Hill/Durham and in-person pick up may be scheduled. We also provided you with a list of fully vetted transportation vendors that regularly come to our gallery to assist Customers with the transportation of their items. Rather than manage the collection of your lot, you chose to revoke your credit card payment. This is in violation of our purchase agreement, which you acknowledged and agreed to by registering for the auction. Our company would like to resolve this transaction with you.
