I was really looking forward to receiving my items until they arrived with the bases broken and every leg of the Tang Horses broken. I have pictures and sent them, emailed and called and even though he admitted that they used a new service to decrease S & H, they would not reimburse me. The items were wrapped in barely more more than tissue paper. I paid $25 in S & H for a small box of 2 items that were 6 "x5" in size. He could not produce proof of insurance but told me that I would have to file a claim with the USPS. Not only did I wait weeks to receive my purchase, it was very disheartening to receive the "very good condition Tang Horses" in broken pieces because someone couldn't take a minute and wrap it properly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AUCTION HOUSE and I still have not heard back from Live Auctioneers either about this. This happened due to the negligence of Florida Estate Sales 'business practices. This isn't the fault of USPS. Terrible experience!

These people do not seem to understand coin collecting. Many lots have incorrect and misleading information.

Florida Estate Auctioneer's are on their game in the auction business, great customer service and fast shipping, I highly recommend to anyone.

If there was a 0 that Is what they would get,, they cheated me out of a winning bid and took it away from me for a higher bid after I won it, they told me in a message that it was a “clerical mistake” I have spent thousands with this company and they will no longer get another dollar from me. They are crooked! so I then cancelled my entire winnings and they didn’t even care, they did it right away with not even a argument, they knew what they did was wrong. Bid ar your own risk obviously but that is my experience.

Won an auction, first auction with them and afterwards when I contact them to send payment they tell me that the 11 rolls of coins are no where to bo found.

I am a very happy repeat customer with Florida Estate Sales auctions. They have great items and very inexpensive in-house shipping. Anytime I have a question, they are extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!
