there was a difference in the items described and the actual items received

I dealt with the Florida auction twice first time I speak about stone he assure me it natural sapphire of course it was a synthetic stone but i got lake they charge on some body else cc # so I just send them with lab report back and recently on 11/23/15 auction I made a payment with cc # over the phone and ask them for paid invoice and trunking # two day latter I call and I was told that they by mistake gave the my lot to some one else so i ask for refund but they refund me wright away not every auction do that they wore very prompt with the money and if you ask me I give them another chance.

Multiple invoices-some were marked "paid" others weren't even after the fact. Very slow shipping-I still have yet to receive the items.

My lot was stolen while being shipped in the United States Postal Service and the professionals at Florida Estate Sales have been extraordinarily helpful and really provided a superior level of customer service in coming to a resolution. As a result, I will do business with them again. John

I was surprised at how appropriate the packing was for some large antique prints. Also, the prints were in much better condition than I had expected. An all-round good transaction.
