From auction, to payment, to shipment smooth and quick.

I bought 2 lots in their sale. I paid for my lots right away. One was a statue described as 19.9 inches tall, it actually is 12 inches, and a lot of vintage silver pins. After a lengthy delay they got which were supposed to be my 2 lots to the UPS store. My package arrived today without the silver pins. Do yourself a favor and avoid doing business with this auction house.

Very nice people if you have to communicate with, honest, fast and a pleasure to work with. I’m so glad they ship in-house.

I contacted the auction gallery a few times. They told me the item had been shipped. One month later I contacted them again and they told me that it was still there. It was only going from Tallahassee to Miami. As of now, it still has not shipped and I am not happy. I paid a lot for a small item to go a short distance.

Florida Estate Sales is my favorite type of Auction house. Great items, described properly with good pictures, and smooth transaction with fast, reasonable, in-house shipping. I will definitely buy again!

I am a regular bidder on Florida Estate auctions. They offer great items, and I have been very pleased with my wins. They provide in-house shipping, and it is the lowest-priced shipping I have seen from ANY of the other on-line auction houses. It's easy to pay with credit card, and they ship quickly. The few times I have contacted them, their Customer Service has been excellent. I am a loyal bidder with this auction house. They are that good!

I bought a vintage metal tray with Florida Estate Sales and it was exactly as described. My only problem was that they list in-house shipping and when they contacted me I was told that they would be sending it to UPS store. Found out that their "in-house" shipping only applies for things that fit inside USPS premade boxes... so basically jewelry or very small things. TO me, this is a bit deceptive as all of us that bid at these auctions understand that outside shipping is often more than the item (as this was). That is my only complaint.
