They lost one of my lots, or so they said. An item listed as 10K gold was not gold. The same with sterling silver. It took almost 3 weeks to get my lots after I paid (we are in the same state). I am not at all happy with this transaction.

And they make it easy when you win by offering in-house shipping. I bid on lots of different auctions, and these guys have the lowest shipping price, BY FAR! They are very responsive to my questions, and are top notch all around. Highly recommend.

this auction house is a turd. i called to inquire about another item which went unsold-they never returned call. while waiting, they unilaterally cancelled my auction AND logged a dispute against my account. all for $2. do NOT expect any service from this auction house and know you RISK getting dinged for a dispute if they feel like it. worst auction house i've come across.

Over all I am very pleased with my purchase and would not hesitate to buy from this auction house again. Thank you for the listing and prompt service in shipping.

Seller never shipped item after written agreement on July 17 2019. Still don't have the item after 3 months, Liveauctioneers is no help whatsoever. STAY AWAY FROM LIVE AUCTIONEERS AND SELLER!!!!

Florida Estate Sales lacks ability to clearly communicate. Its info statements are lengthy, needlessly repetitions, complicated and not client friendly. No contact person given. Time from auction win to receipt of items was almost 30 days. Perhaps they are too large to handle smaller purchases. They should not be a partner of Live Auctioneers.

Dealing with Florida Estate Sales was simply a joy. First the item was precisely described and the fact that they offer in-house shipping is a HUGE convenience for me because I don't have to do all all the work remotely to set up shipping with a third party. Item was promptly shipped and immaculately packaged. I am a happy customer!
