GREAT AUCTION HOUSE

I was excited to purchase a ring for my daughter in October as part of her Christmas gift. As of today, Feb 20th, I have not received the item. I have made several attempts to contact the auction house regarding my shipment. I have received little response and an now canceling the charges with my bank. The experience has been very frustrating.

Got what I paid for and resold it for almost $600 dollars so I'm not complaining. Very rare Mossberg. Only one I've ever seen. Probably shouldn't have resold it but it was just too much money to say no too. Thanks!!

I really like these guys and will certainly continue buying from them. Compared to other auctions, they are in a pretty big hurry to get paid and have the items picked up. I felt a little pressured about getting my items which I understand. I just felt like other options were a little more flexible about getting things picked up. I would expect to have at least two weeks, but in this case they wanted things picked up in less than a week.

The box the polearm was shipped in was crushed just enough in shipping that the pole was broken into two pieces. The shipper's insurance paid to have the pole restored. I'm not happy about the shipping, but am satisfied that they did what they could to rectify the damages. Thank you.

The packaging wasn't expensive. But god did it show, Id rather have paid another 20 $for my gun to not get thrown around in its own box.

I asked for more photos and Donley promptly sent some. The item was well packaged. I am very satisfied and look forward to our next transaction.
