Great auction house.... good communication, prompt shipping, etc. Unfortunately, teh item arrived adn was broken in a wa ythat could not be fixed. Donley was great in helping deal with the insurance claim on teh shipping and the entire purchase price was refunded. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend-good and very ethical people to deal with.

Have always been satisfied-and beyond-with Donley. Absolutely.

Donley is really good at communicating and answering questions. Shipping was on time. My only two "complaints", and that's using the term VERY loosely is that there could have been at least one more picture showing teh item was pretty severely warped. NO way to discern that from the picture so not something you wold think to ask about. Second is that shipping was really expensive. Some of that is just the logistics issues everyone is facing-the item was packed very well albeit in a really large box. These two "issues" are not really that big of adeal so I'd still absolutely recommend Donley as a really good auction house.

Tortured English, but the packing job was incredibly well done. I won a very rare and valuable guitar, and the cases made in 1965 were never designed for shipping. This guitar was oversized, so they made a box, packed it with paper, bubble wrapped the case, taped everything up AND the guitar was packed inside the case with enough styrofoam, to offset a head on collision. I don’t generally write this much, but it took me 15 minutes with a razor knife, to get the guitar unwrapped. Pretty Amazing

Explanation was it was actually a bid from another platform which their online rep called out before their rep for LA supposedly called out mine. May not have been an issue as my LA bid was my max and perhaps competing bidder could have overbid me. Only precaution i see is to registet on all platforms being used at the auction and watch for bids from all platforms. That is a pain. Any suggestions. (perhaps I'm a little paranoid but LA bid record supplied indicated, I think, a floor bid not online. All but one bid and final bid appear to be mine. Just saying???
