When auction ended I was immediately invoiced for two items. I paid the next day in full. I heard nothing for 15 days and I called and was informed they did not have a copy of my license (emailed on Day1). Emailed it again. They wanted to argue that a gun made in 1940 was not a C & R. I sent references showing it was. On Day 38 they admitted that it was a C & R. On that day they sent USPS tracking numbers. On day 45, I finally receive the other item. I called and was told the firearm would be sent that day. Today is day 54. I have finally received the firearm. Unprofessional and unorganized. On the plus side, the items were well packaged for shipment and as described.

This was my first time buying on a live auction. After winning the auction I contacted Donley with a couple questions and arranged for pick up. They were very courteous on the phone and courteous upon pick up of my purchase. A smooth transaction and will definitely be watching more of their auctions.

I bought 2 Iraqi peices of silverware that were pictured exactly as I received and I asked for a tracking number and they sent it to me as soon as it was shipped! Hard to find good auction houses like them! A + + + + + +

If you do business with these people you can expect to be treated rudely it will take forever to get your purchases they're quick to charge you take them forever to ship and if you call and ask them or email them a question you get a rude response. I have made many purchases through these auction platforms and this was without a doubt one of the worst experiences that I've had

Lot of 30 postcards, not one worth the paper printed on. Knew some to be in poor shape but expected at least a half dozen not to be trash. Why would this lot even be listed by Donley??

I tried several times to write a review. I've rewritten it several times, making it shorter and shorter. 2000 characters is NOT enough to describe this horrible experience. In addition to the ridiculous amount of time it took to receive my item, the item was in poor condition, which was not reflected in the description or the photos. I've done several auctions with you guys, but since nothing is being done about this horrible experience, I think it may very well be my last.
