A superior example, mounted entirely in intricately-embossed silver, the hilt carved of a single section of exotic horn and terminating in a finely carved dragon’s head, with twisted silver wire wrap to grip, the heavily engraved silver ferrule en suite with the scabbard. The blade of characteristic form, forged of pamor damascus steel. Latter-19th century.Overall length 37.6 cm. Condition I
