Postcard, 5.25” x 3.125” Single Page ALS, dated September 13, Chocorua, NH with a postmark from 1902, written to Rev. James Midge (?), in regard to his book "G. in H" (God in Heaven?). Boldly signed as "Wm James." With ink stains and dealer's notes in pencil
The note reads:
"Many thanks for your kind and instructive letter of the 10th. Your reference to my accuracy is (particularly?) gratifying. As for your own book on G. in H. I shall read it with interest. I will see that the Harvard Library has it, if it be not already then, so you need not send it.
