T. Roosevelt Signed Presidential Appointment
Theodore Roosevelt document signed as President, appointing Henry Percival Dodge as Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary to El Salvador. Dated September 18, 1907, Roosevelt signs with his usual elegant autograph, "Theodore Roosevelt". Countersigned by Robert Bacon as Acting Secretary of State. Two page document on a single sheet measures 9.75" x 12.875". Fold, some foxing to margins and slight smudging to signature. Overall in very good condition.
