A territorial land grand signed by President Chester A. Arthur. This land grant document is for the Olympia, Washington territory and is dated October 26th 1883. To John Murray, an area later to become Camp Murray, the current home of the Washington State National Guard. Mounted in a double sided black frame under glass.

This document was previously folded and laid flat for framing. There is some toning and a ghost image of the seal toned onto the right side from being folded. The red seal and whole of the document are bright and clean. Not examined out of w. 16" h. 10" frame w. 18" h. 12"
