Native American, First Nations / Canadian, Inuit, ca. 20th century CE. A hand-carved stone sculpture depicting a man seated in a leaned position while brandishing a slender wooden dagger. His other hand held a fishing pole at one time, so the dagger was likely used for finishing the piscine creature once out of the water. The man dons a backswept coiffure while wearing a thick parka, gloves, and tied boots. Size: 8.5" L x 7.25" W x 8.3" H (21.6 cm x 18.4 cm x 21.1 cm)

Missing fishing pole as shown. Minor abrasions, with chipping along base, otherwise intact and very good. Nice detailing to face and clothing.
