Description
ASSORTED METAL FRAME SPECTACLES OR EYEGLASSES, LOT OF EIGHT, mostly oval or round lenses/frames and including a light green octagonal blued-steel frame example, other lens colors including cobalt blue, teal green, and dark smoky gray, various metals including mostly steel and a couple brass including one stamped "Stegling" and another stamped "ICS", another of unidentified metal with stamped makers mark having "DL" and a recumbent lion, a few spectacles with straight sliding-pin extension temples and several double-hinged. Various makers. Mid to late 19th century. 5 5/8" LOA.

Condition
Good to excellent overall condition, each with light to moderate routine wear and some bending especially to temples in some cases severe, some with moderate or heavy corrosion and a couple with loose/replacement pins or held together with tightly tied old twine/string; "DL" marked example having one lens cracked in half.
