Roman, Imperial period, ca. 1st to 4th century CE. A fine ensemble of pottery vessels: a terra sigillata bowl with a flared rim, a redware bowl with an inward curving rim, and a pair of shallow dishes. Size of largest: 6.9" W x 1.3" H (17.5 cm x 3.3 cm)
Provenance: private Bell Buckle, Tennessee, USA collection, by descent, acquired in Tunisia before 1969

Condition
Terra sigillata bowl has been professionally repaired with some chipping and minor losses along visible break lines. Bowl and more petite dish have some minor chipping to rims, and all have expected surface wear as shown. Otherwise, 3 are intact and all have a nice presentation and rich earthen deposits.
