Vintage original 11 x 14â€³ black-and-white single-weight glossy silver gelatin photo. There is a light diagonal crease near the lower right side. Minor crease at bottom left edge.

Things to Come is a British science fiction film from 1936 directed by William Cameron Menzies and starring Academy Award-winner Raymond Massey and Edward Chapman. Based on author H.G. Wells' book The Shape of Things to Come, the film projects what the world might look like in 100 years after a major war, plague, tribalism, and eventual resurrection by a corps of engineers. It was voted the ninth best British film of 1936 by Film Weekly.
