Partially printed document completed in manuscript, and signed by Charles Mcclung. 7.75" x 6.25". 1 pg. *********** An early Knoxville document signed by Charles McClung (1761-1835), American pioneer, politician, and surveyor. He is best known for having drawn up the original plat for the city of Knoxville, Tennessee. He was also an important figure in drafting the Tennessee constitution in 1796.
