K-029 Colonel's General Staff double-breasted frock coat. Dark navy blue. Quality "sealskin" type fabric. Two rows, of 9 each gilt brass eagle/shield buttons. Three smaller matching buttons on the left cuff, three are missing from the right cuff which also has a 3" repair. Sewn-on Colonel's shoulder boards - relief silver bullion eagle on a light blue background with a high relief double silver bullion border. Also sewn on the shoulders next to the short stand-up collar are square brass loops to accommodate dress epaulettes. Dark brown satin-like lining with white silk sleeves. About II
