Pre-Columbian, Costa Rica, Ca 300 BCE/CE. Fine pottery whistle/ ocarina in brown slipped clay in the form of a zoomorphic creature sitting on two short legs, four pitch holes on reverse, mouthpiece at tail, and suspension loop on back. Size: 2-1/2" L.
