Rome, ca. 200 BCE to 300 CE. These are two small pottery carvings of human faces; one, of a slightly grotesque figure with curly hair and his tongue extended, and the other of a more dignified face above a laurel wreath. Size: 1.3" L x 1.1" W (3.3 cm x 2.8 cm).
