Description
A program for the well-known Scottish play "the wind and the rain" by Merton Hodge. The play was performed by the British Police Force in Palestine, in the Moghrabi Theatre in Tel Aviv, in the year 1943 - in the middle of the war. The play was performed to collect money for the Palestine Society for Crippled Children.
The music which accompanied the play was played by the Police orchestra.
In the program are the names of the actors, and a short description of the three acts of the play. At the top of the program is the logo of the British Police Force in Palestine.
The program was printed in Jerusalem.

Extremely rare! Does not appear in the catalogue of the National Library or in the Zionist Archives.
Condition: Very good.
