AMERICAN COIN SILVER PUNCH STRAINER AND SALT SPOON, LOT OF TWO, strainer having circular bowl with punch-work on two shaped handles with engraved "MW" initials, spoon having gold-washed shovel bowl on a thread fiddle handle with pointed shoulders. Strainer with two impressed "EB" marks to back of handles, spoon with impressed "A.E. WARNER / 11" mark for Andrew Ellicott Warner of Baltimore, MD, each with impressed dog or lion head mark. Total weight: 4.555 ozt. Late 18th/first half 19th century. 4" and 10 1/2" L, strainer 3 5/8" D bowl.
Salt spoon in excellent overall condition with expected minor wear; tea strainer in good overall condition with expected wear and tarnishing, a few slight bends to edges of handle and bowl.
