Fujiwara Takada (Takada Yukinaga) Special feature: Fujiwara Takada is a swordsmith from Kyushu Takada province. Beautiful sheet of famous swordsmith Wazamono Rang Papers NBTHK Kicho Token precious sword given in the year1972 Nihonto from edo period, year 1670 Length of the leaf Nakago is 67.3 cm It is said that the founder of the Bungo Takada school was Tomomitsu or Tomoyuki. Takada Swordsmiths in Shinto-era engrave the surname "Fujiwara" and therefore they are also called Fujiwara Takada. This sword is very beautiful and is of phenomenal quality, and shows the true craftsmanship of the Takada forging The sword is forged a tight one reminiscent of the Hizen-hada. There is a lot of ji-nie The hamon is a thick wavy gunome-midare. A beautiful masterpiece of the first order
