2 Antique Philippine Textiles. A tubular garment, "malong a landap", tapestry-weave bands sewn to wide silk bands, Marano people, northwestern Mindanao, Philippines; and a female wrap-around skirt for festivals, "witawan", handspun plain woven cotton, embroidered along warp, supplementary weft twining on ends, mother of pearl triangles hung from black strung glass beads, Kalinga people, northern Luzon, Philippines. Size 1: 35" x 67". Size 2: 27" x 51".
