A postal cover signed by John Glenn, Virgil "Gus" Grissom, and Donald "Deke" Slayton, three of the most important American astronauts of the 20th century, at left. The envelope was postmarked from Cape Canaveral, Florida on March 23, 1965. Bearing a cancelled 5 cent stamp. Expected wear including a few wrinkles, else near fine. 6.5" x 3.625". Comes with a Letter of Authenticity from Zarelli Space Authentication (Ballston Lake, New York) dated September 25, 2019. From the collection of Elton Stepherson, one of the earliest Afro-American employees of Nasa
