good communication and very fast shipment

The auction house did claim that I hadn't paid yet when I had, so I had to send them a copy of my receipt-that was weird.

Difficult to get in touch with this company, probably wouldn't buy from them again. Still haven't received an invoice. Other companies reach out or answer the phone.

They do not respond. I won lot 675 but to this day nobody has contacted me, returned a call or email. Les Antiquites Maison is not a legitimate auction house. The auction itself played out like a scam as well. So much so that I recorded it with my phone as it was happening. It is a shame LiveAuctioneers doesn't seem to have vetted them or know anymore about them than just having a useless phone number for Les Antiquites Maison

I bid and won on two items on 12/18. Lot 98121 and lot 98088. I received an invoice on the first lot and paid it through pay pal immediately. The shipping process was delayed and I had to write the gallery to finally learn it had been shipped by UPS. When I received the painting I realized the photo of the oil painting was so light it appears as if it was photo shopped. Even under the brightest light, the painting is quite a bit darker than the photo. I never received an invoice on lot 98088. I emailed several times to both live auctioneers and to Les Antiguetes Maison. I never got a helpful reply, never invoiced, and obvious never received the painting. Very, very poor service. I will not be participating in an auction by Les Antiques Maison again. One of the items that I won was actually not available for purchase. I was contacted by a third party for payment without being informed by Les Antiques Maison ahead of time that this would be the case. The third party person was actually great and very responsive to my calls and emails-it was only through him that I found out that one of the paintings auctions was not actually for sale. Les Antiques Maison has yet to show that I paid for the item received (it is still showing up in my cart) even though I've called and emailed, nor did they pull the one from my cart that was actually not for sale.... even though I've called and emailed. When I have received a response, it seems to either not be from the same person or they're not taking the time to actually read and review my emails. The phone number listed is not even hooked up to an answering machine.
