Responsive and helpful
I am new to the auction process and had some questions that were quickly answered. There was a shipping hiccup with the app that the auction house quickly took care of. The item was packed and shipped by them for a good price very quickly. Great overall experience.

Exciting but zero value
If you’re looking to buy cards for reselling, avoid this at all costs. Speed selling with no time for thorough reviews prior to bidding is a huge negative. I thought I was buying a first edition on one card, but it wasn’t. I thought conditions were better until I received the card and realized they weren’t. You think you’re getting a deal, but you’re not. Buyers premium, taxes and shipping your guaranteed to be in the red. If you’re looking to just build your collection, have fun maybe it’s worth it.

We’re sorry you were disappointed with your purchase. Our auctions are available for preview for approximately 2-3 weeks, and we’re always happy to answer condition or identification questions before bidding. Buyer’s premium and taxes are disclosed throughout the auction, and resale buyers may submit tax-exempt documentation where applicable. Shipping charges are set through LiveAuctioneers and are outside our control. As with any auction, bidding can sometimes exceed resale value, but we do our best to provide buyers ample time and information to make informed decisions.

The price of shipping
Nice item, shipping cost way too high

Hi, the shipping cost is high because the item is a painting, going to Switzerland. We charged $135 with everything included. It is a very fair price according to industry standard.

Shipping is expensive...
I do not blame this auction house but the level of insanity related to common sense issues... like simply putting an object, wrapped in bubble wrap and shipping out what should be a $9 shipping cost instead of $39 (twice what I paid for the item!!)

Shipping rates are calculated by LiveShipping, so we unfortunately do not control the carrier’s price. Our portion was $14, which covers packing materials and labor to properly protect the item. The remaining amount reflects the carrier’s postage for the item's size (8.5 × 5.3 × 1.7 inches, and its a delicate rock form) and service used. Lastly, the price of an item has no relation to shipping cost. Shipping carriers calculate rates based on package size, weight, distance, and service level.

Responsive
Initial response to damage in shipping has been productive. I will see how next step goes.

Perfect transaction from beginning to end
Now that I have some experience with the pain point of auction shipping, I appreciate the steps involved in actually receiving what was purchased. Treasured Auctions is a treasure and I will bid with them again!

Great customer service!
There was a minor issue with my order, I was contacted by Mike to politely discuss options before shipping. Turns out there wasn’t an issue, and my order was completed and shipped promptly. It’s a pleasure to do business with a company that has great customer service, I highly recommend doing business with them.

This was the fastest delivery of the lots I won ever!! Great prices and smooth transaction.
Treasured Auctions was a great auction house to deal with. I received my items within approximately 10 days when other auction houses take a month or longer to deliver the items won.

Read all the fine print
Shipping cost can equal the cost of purchase, consider this when making the purchase.
