Smooth purchase and pick up process
The payment process was quick and very easy, and luckily the item was located near me so I was able to do an in-person pick up of my items. Making an appointment to pick up my two items was easy (although I did have to call a couple of times before I was able to reach someone), but the staff was very friendly and helpful over the phone and in person. Everything was just as described, I was in and out in under 15 minutes, all the instructions for picking up items are clearly detailed in the confirmation email and it couldn't have been easier. I was impressed and would absolutely bid/purchase with Julien's Auctions again.

Julien's is an absolutely reliable auction house.
From bidding registration, to receipt of the item, the online process was seamless. Communication was excellent along the way, and the item was very well packaged for delivery. I can highly recommend Julien's as a reliable auction house.
